We're Just Getting Paid For It
Network marketing is simply recommending and promoting the value of a product or service, and then getting paid for doing so. Some people do this service without getting paid, we promote knowing we will get paid.
Just yesterday, I received a coupon in the mail from a retailer, suggesting I get a bonus check of $25.00 if I refer a friend to the service. Isn't that the same concept? Of course. Simply by referring others to use a product we get paid. And from there we build a business by helping others to do the same. Keeping this business simple, referring others, and teaching them to do the same is the basic concept of what we do. All our lives we have done this very thing and yet, not been paid, (i.e. telling someone about a good movie, a good restaurant, an orthodontist who solved your child's dental problem, or even a good stain remover you recently used); in this business we simply are paid for telling others.

Direct Sales Concept
Direct Sales is simply the idea of having people advertise for a product or service, rather than paying an advertising company. The concept is simple and has two primary principles. First, it depends on independent representatives (distributors) to promote the product directly to consumers and secondly, the distributors are given the opportunity to build their own independent sales organization, otherwise known as a network of marketers. The term Direct Sales comes from the idea that people sell 'direct' to other people.
It's that simple.
The representatives are paid a percentage of the cash revenues generated monthly by the network, or 'downline'. Even though the concept is simple, the implementation is a bit more complex. This is why working together in smaller networks as one grows a business, or own network of marketers is so important. Since it is the responsibility of the representative to learn the system, skills and then to teach others, it's best if these are kept simple. One key component is being able to duplicate. By being dedicated, enthusiastic, and cooperative one can duplicate much easier. We use a simple system, and with simplicity comes speed.

Training vs. Information
The business of network marketing is oriented around people. Relationship building is important to ones success. To me it is the part I enjoy the most. We have a system that enables us to work side-by-side starting with the training.
In this industry it's not unusual to have people simply hand-off information for the training and say, "go read this" or "listen to this", and then call that training. Not here. I work with you at a pace comfortable to you. Even the turtle makes it across the finish line. Having people start in the most efficient way is absolutely essential. Working a simple system that is easy to duplicate helps each of us train the people we work with. Our training is clearly defined. We've made it SIMPLE, bringing SELF-CONFIDENCE, to help you grow your business with SPEED.
